Royal Reels 25 mobile app: no download needed

The Royal Reels web app works on any modern smartphone or tablet. The minimum requirements are iOS 14 on Apple devices and Android 9 on Android devices. That covers iPhones from the 6S onwards (2015 and later) and most Android phones from 2018 onwards.

Supported browsers:

• iOS: Safari (default), Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, DuckDuckGo.
• Android: Chrome (default), Samsung Internet, Firefox, Edge, Brave, Opera, DuckDuckGo.

Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android are the best-tested combinations. Both support biometric login (Face ID and fingerprint), home screen installation, full-screen mode, and background audio for live dealer tables.

Older browsers (iOS 13 and below, Android 8 and below, Internet Explorer 11) are not supported. The web app will not load or will load with limited functionality. If your device is too old to update, the casino will still work in the browser, but expect occasional glitches.

The web app weighs 1.8MB total. It loads in under 3 seconds on 4G and under 1 second on 5G. The initial load pulls the lobby framework. Individual game files load on demand when you tap to play.

Adding Royal Reels to your home screen takes 30 seconds on either platform. The icon works like a regular app icon. Tapping it launches the casino in full-screen mode without the Safari or Chrome address bar.

On iOS (Safari):

1. Open the site URL in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow pointing up).
3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
4. Edit the name if you want (default is "Royal Reels").
5. Tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen.

On Android (Chrome):

1. Open the site URL in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
3. Tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App".
4. Edit the name if you want.
5. Tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen.

The icon is the operator's logo on a dark background. Tapping it opens the web app in full-screen mode with no browser chrome. To exit, swipe up from the bottom (iOS gesture) or tap the back button (Android).

If the site URL updates, the home screen icon may stop working. Delete the old icon and add the new one. The web app detects the new URL automatically once you bookmark it.

Biometric login is supported through your device's keychain. On iOS, that is Face ID (iPhone X and later) or Touch ID (iPhone 8 and earlier). On Android, that is fingerprint or face unlock, depending on what your phone supports.

To set up biometric login:

1. Sign in to your account in the browser on your phone.
2. Open My Account, then Security.
3. Tap "Enable Biometric Login".
4. Approve the prompt to save credentials to your keychain.
5. Next time you open the web app, you sign in with a single tap on Face ID or fingerprint.

Biometric login only works on the device where you set it up. The credentials stay in your device's secure keychain, not on the operator's servers. If you lose your phone, the credentials are gone with it. You can revoke a device from the Security tab if you sell or lose a phone.

If biometric login fails 3 times, the web app falls back to password entry. The password unlock still works regardless of whether biometric is enabled. If you do not want biometric login, leave the toggle off in the Security tab. The web app will require email and password every time.

Biometric login is independent from 2FA. You can have both. 2FA is for new-device sign-ins; biometric login is for returning to a trusted device. Most AU players use both.

Live dealer tables run on Evolution's mobile-first streams. The streams are encoded at 30fps on 4G with no stutter, and 60fps on 5G. The mobile screen fits the full video feed with a thin bottom panel for bets and chat.

Data usage for live casino is around 500MB per hour on standard quality and 1.2GB per hour on HD. If you are on a limited mobile plan, use Wi-Fi for long sessions. On 5G, the data usage is the same, but latency is lower so the video stream feels more responsive.
