Current working site for Australia
The current working site is linked from the green PLAY NOW button at the top of this page. We update the link every time the operator moves to a fresh URL, which happens every 2-4 weeks. The link is tested from a Telstra home line and an Optus mobile line before we publish it, so you can be confident it loads cleanly on the major AU ISPs.
If you have a saved bookmark to the current site, it will eventually stop working. When that happens, come back to this page and use the PLAY NOW button to get the new URL. Your account, login, and balance carry over automatically when the operator updates the site.
The site URL uses HTTPS, has a valid SSL certificate, and loads the same casino platform as the main domain. There is no visual difference between sites other than the URL in the address bar.
Once you load the site, bookmark it. The bookmark will last 2-4 weeks before you need to refresh it. If you want a longer-lived bookmark, bookmark this page (royalreels25vip.com/au-login/) instead. We always point to the current working URL here.
2-step sign-in: email/password then SMS code
Standard sign-in is a 2-step process at Royal Reels. Step 1 is your email and password. Step 2 is a 6-digit SMS code sent to the mobile number you registered with. The 2-step sign-in is mandatory on first login from any new device, and optional (but recommended) on subsequent logins from the same device.
Step 1: enter your email and password on the sign-in form. The form auto-fills from your browser's password manager if you have saved credentials. Click Login.
Step 2: the operator sends a 6-digit code to your AU mobile number via SMS. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Enter the code in the field that appears after step 1. If the code does not arrive in 60 seconds, click Resend. After 3 failed attempts, the operator locks the account for 30 minutes.
If you have set up 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator), the SMS code step is replaced by the authenticator code instead. You can set up 2FA from the Security tab of your account dashboard.
After successful sign-in, your device is remembered for 30 days. Future logins from the same browser only require step 1 (unless you clear cookies or use a private browsing window).
Why you do not need a VPN
The site URLs are not on Australian ISPs' blocklists. Australian regulators asks Australian ISPs to block the operator's main domain, but the numbered sites are registered separately and do not get caught in the same block request. The current site is reachable from standard home and mobile connections on Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, TPG, and the smaller AU ISPs.
A VPN is not necessary. It is also not recommended, because the operator's terms of service prohibit VPN use. If the operator detects that you are connecting through a VPN (and they check), they can withhold withdrawals or close the account.
The site network is a deliberate, official response to ISP-level blocks. The operator runs it specifically so AU players can keep playing. You are not doing anything underhanded by using it. The numbered sites are all legitimate casino URLs owned by the operator, with valid SSL certificates and proper Curacao licensing on each.
If you still want to use a VPN for privacy reasons, the operator accepts it as long as the VPN exit node is in a country where the casino is licensed (most countries are fine, only a handful are restricted). But there is no functional reason to use one. The site loads just as fast without it.
Switching sites when the current one is blocked
If the current site is blocked by your ISP, you have three options.
Option 1: try the next numbered site. The operator's sites are numbered sequentially. If the current site is on your ISP's blocklist, the next numbered site almost certainly is not. Same login, same account, same balance. Just visit the new URL and sign in.
Option 2: switch networks. The blocklist is enforced per-ISP. If you are on Telstra home Wi-Fi and seeing a block, switch to mobile data on your Vodafone SIM (or vice versa). The site usually loads cleanly on a different network.
Option 3: contact us. If both the current and the next numbered site are blocked on your ISP (rare, but it happens), drop the team a line via the contact page. We will publish a fresh working URL within 25 hours, usually faster. The operator always has another site in the queue.
Once you find a site that loads, bookmark it. That URL will work for 2-4 weeks before the same update catches up. When it does, come back to this page and grab the new one.
ISP block troubleshooting
If you see a "This site has been restricted under Australian regulators request" page when you try to load the current site, that is your ISP enforcing the industry regulation blocklist. Not your computer, not your browser, not the casino.
Try these in order:
- Reload the page from this site. The PLAY NOW button on this page always points to the current site.
- Clear your browser cache. Hit Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. The block page may be cached.
- Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If the site loads in another browser, the issue is your main browser's cache or extension.
- Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes block casino URLs as a side effect. Disable them on the site domain.
- Try the next numbered site with the same login. If it loads, the issue is specific to the current site on your ISP.
- Switch networks. Home Wi-Fi to mobile data, or mobile data to home Wi-Fi. The blocklist is per-ISP.
If all of the above fail, contact us. The most common reason for total block-out is a recent ISP blocklist update that has not yet caught up to the operator's site updates. We can usually get a fresh URL live within 25 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find the current working site?+
The green PLAY NOW button at the top of this page. It always points to the current site. We update it every 2-4 weeks when the operator moves to a fresh URL.
Do Australian players need a VPN?+
No. The site URLs are not on Australian ISPs' blocklists. The current site loads from standard Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and TPG connections. The operator's terms actually prohibit VPN use, so do not bother with one.
What is the 2-step sign-in?+
Step 1 is email and password. Step 2 is a 6-digit SMS code sent to your AU mobile. The code is valid for 10 minutes. After first login, your device is remembered for 30 days. You can also set up authenticator 2FA from the Security tab.
What if the current site is blocked but the next one works?+
Same login, same account, same balance. Use whichever site loads. All numbered sites share the same player database. We list the current working URL on this page.
How do I report a fully blocked site?+
Drop us a line via the contact page. The most common reason is a recent ISP blocklist update that has not yet caught up to the operator's site updates. We get a fresh working URL live within 25 hours, often faster.
