Royal Reels 25 POLi — Direct Bank Transfer, No Card

POLi is a third-party payment processor that connects your bank account to the merchant (Royal Reels) without needing a card on file. At the cashier, pick POLi, select your bank from the list, and POLi opens a secure window where you log in to your banking.

The POLi window is read-only: it can see your balance and transaction history but can't move money without your explicit approval for each transaction. You review the deposit amount, confirm with your bank's security step (fingerprint, PIN, or biometric), and POLi releases the funds to Royal Reels.

The balance credits in 1-2 minutes. POLi acts as a real-time intermediary between your bank and the casino, which is why it's faster than BPAY (1-2 business days) and not quite as fast as PayID (60 seconds on NPP). It's the direct-bank alternative for AU banks that don't fully support PayID or for players who prefer not to use the New Payments Platform.

POLi doesn't store your bank login. The secure window closes after the transaction, and the credentials are never saved. POLi is PCI-DSS compliant and audited annually.

Minimum deposit is AU$20 across all supported banks. Maximum per transaction is AU$5,000 for standard accounts, AU$10,000 for Rewards tier 3 and above. Daily limit is AU$5,000 standard, AU$20,000 for higher tiers.

No casino fee on POLi deposits. Royal Reels doesn't charge for POLi transactions. POLi itself is free for the player, the merchant pays the processing fee on the casino side.

Some AU banks charge a small fee for outbound POLi transfers (typically AU$0.30-1 per transaction). The fee shows in your banking app before you confirm. Bank-issued fees are not a Royal Reels or POLi charge.

1. Log in to Royal Reels and open the cashier.
2. Pick POLi from the payment methods list. Select your bank from the dropdown (CBA, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, etc.).
3. Enter the deposit amount (AU$20 minimum). Click Continue.
4. POLi opens a secure window. Log in to your banking using your normal credentials (customer number, password, or biometric).
5. Review the transaction: payee is the 25, amount is the AU$ value you entered, reference is the casino's transaction ID.
6. Confirm with your bank's security step. The POLi window closes, and you're returned to the Royal Reels cashier.
7. Balance credits in 1-2 minutes. Start playing.

If the transaction fails, the POLi window shows the error. Common causes: insufficient funds, daily transfer limit hit, or a temporary bank outage. Try a smaller amount or a different time of day.

POLi withdrawals at Royal Reels process back to the same bank account in 1-2 hours during business hours, or up to 4 hours overnight. The cashier routes the refund through POLi, which deposits to your bank via direct transfer.

The first POLi withdrawal requires a 1x turnover of your real-money deposit. Drop AU$500 with POLi, wager AU$500 on pokies, then the first POLI withdrawal is approved.

After the first POLi payout, subsequent withdrawals are faster. The cashier remembers the bank account, so you don't re-enter your bank login. The 1-2 hour processing window is the POLi and bank transfer time, not the casino approval time.

Withdrawal limits via POLi: AU$50 minimum, AU$5,000 per transaction for standard accounts. The casino's weekly cap of AU$9,000 applies across all non-crypto methods combined.

POLi withdrawals require that the receiving bank account is in the same name as the casino account. Joint accounts, third-party accounts, and business accounts don't qualify for POLi payouts. Use bank transfer instead for those cases.

POLi works with most major AU banks. The full list:

Some smaller regional banks and credit unions don't support POLi directly. If your bank isn't on the list, PayID (most banks support) or BPAY (every AU bank supports) are the alternatives.
