Royal Reels 25 Mobile Web — v2 Build, Faster Load

Three things changed in the mobile web v2 build:

• Page weight down 38%: The lobby home page dropped from 1.9MB to 1.2MB. Game pages dropped from 2.4MB to 1.5MB. The deposit flow dropped from 1.6MB to 0.9MB. Smaller pages mean faster loads on 4G and less data use on capped plans
• First contentful paint 1.8s on 4G: Down from 3.4 seconds on the v1 build. The 1.6-second improvement comes from lazy-loading the game thumbnails, deferring the bonus banner JS, and inlining the critical CSS
• Biometric login default for AU: AU players see Face ID (iOS) or fingerprint (Android) as the default login option on the mobile web build. The email and password fallback stays available for players who prefer it

The rebuild was scoped to the mobile web build only. The desktop build is unchanged. The native app (when installed) is also unchanged. The mobile web v2 build lives at the same URL, so bookmarks and shortcuts work without updating.

Biometric login uses the device's built-in authentication (Face ID on iOS 12+, fingerprint or face unlock on Android 10+) to log you in without typing your password. The setup:

• First-time setup: Log in with email and password once. Tap the Enable biometric login button on the success page. The device prompts for Face ID or fingerprint, your device stores the encrypted token, and the setup is done
• Subsequent logins: Open royalreels25vip.com on mobile, tap the login button, the device prompts for Face ID or fingerprint, you're in. No typing required
• Multiple devices: You can enable biometric login on up to 3 devices per account. The setup is per-device, not per-account
• Security: The token is stored in the device's secure enclave. Royal Reels never sees your biometric data. Logging out clears the token

Biometric login is opt-in for the first time, then defaults to ON for AU players on subsequent visits. Players who prefer the password flow can disable biometric from the account settings page.

The feature is iOS 12+ and Android 10+. Older devices fall back to the email and password flow automatically.

The v2 build trimmed page weight across every page in the mobile web build. The breakdown:

The reduction comes from three changes. Lazy-loading game thumbnails (the lobby shows 30 games on first load instead of 300). Deferring the bonus banner JS (the banner loads after first contentful paint). Inlining critical CSS (the styles needed for the above-the-fold content live in the HTML head).

First contentful paint (the time until the page shows something meaningful) dropped from 3.4 seconds to 1.8 seconds on a 4G connection. Time to interactive (the time until the page is fully usable) dropped from 5.2 seconds to 2.9 seconds. The numbers are from internal Lighthouse audits on the AU regional servers.

Most of the mobile web experience is unchanged in the v2 build. The list of what stayed the same:

• URL and routing: royalreels25vip.com is the same URL. All routes work without changes. Bookmarks and home-screen shortcuts continue to work
• Account and balance: All existing accounts, balances, bonuses, rewards tiers, and responsible gambling settings carry over without action
• Games: Every game in the lobby runs the same on v2 as on v1. The game shell loads faster, the games themselves are unchanged
• Bonuses: Royal Monday, Treasure Tuesday, Wild Wednesday, the welcome bonus, the free spin allocation, the Drops & Wins network. All running on the same schedule with the same terms
